Kelly and Ryan’s Wedding

Yep…it’s true.   Kelly and Ryan got married.  Saw it myself. 

It was on one of those days that I really enjoy photographing – you know, those awesome, angry skies that are so beautiful in photographs.  Thanks to Anita Kanellis for some awesome direction, Vince Gray of Flower Stems for the beautiful floral design, and Olexa’s  for the great cakes, and Ron Marko of Vintage Auto Chauffeur .

Friends

This is Dr. Douglas Gordon, PhD.  Musician, teacher, husband, father and my friend of whom I am sooo proud.  Doug and I went through undergrad together at JSU, we were Marching Southerners, Phi Mu Alpha brothers in the same pledge class and I haven’t seen him nearly enough over the past, well, I won’t say how many years…but that’s gonna change.  Dr. Gordon now teaches music theory at our alma mater.  Yep, I’m proud to know him and call him friend.  We did some headshots yesterday and we got to spend some time together.  It was a great day for me.
